New Delhi, Aug. 9 -- Despite the city being lashed by continuous heavy rainfall since Friday night, it failed to dampen the spirit of Rakshabandhan as city dwellers celebrated the festival with full fervour.
As the city roads remained waterlogged in most of the areas, the localities opted for the Delhi metro services, as they ran completely packed while ferrying the people from one place to another. In a post on X, Indian Army's Delhi Area posted about the celebrations carried out with the students from various schools in the city.
