Bengaluru, Nov. 11 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Tuesday said the Delhi blast should be thoroughly investigated before drawing any conclusions, while expressing concern that the incident could influence the Bihar elections.

"I don't want to say anything as it should be investigated first. A thorough investigation has to take place. Yesterday's Delhi blast could have an impact on today's Bihar elections against the BJP," he told reporters here.

The Chief Minister condemned the incident, stating that such acts of violence leading to the loss of innocent lives were deeply unfortunate.

"Bomb blasts should not happen. The loss of innocent lives is a sad matter," he added.
