Bareilly (UP), Nov. 13 -- Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday described the Delhi bomb blast as a failure of the government and said that such an incident occured due to the the intelligence apparatus was not able to deliver.
Commenting on the Bihar elections, Akhilesh said that the public now wants change and sees Tejashwi Yadav as the Chief Minister. The SP president was in Bareilly to attend private events.
