New Delhi, Oct. 23 -- The proverbial proof of the pudding is in the eating, so also the proof of river water quality is in the drinking. On Thursday, Delhi BJP spokesperson Dr, Anil Gupta, who is incidentally an environmental expert, sought to make this point by performing 'Achman', a ritual sipping of the river water.
