New Delhi, March 9 -- Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva on Monday welcomed the decision of the Delhi High Court to admit for hearing the petition challenging the discharge of former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and others by a lower court of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the alleged Delhi liquor policy scam.
Addressing a press conference in the national capital, Sachdeva said the manner in which the High Court stayed certain remarks made by the CBI court against CBI officials has raised questions over the lower court's verdict.
Sachdeva said that although judicial processes may take time, truth ultimately prevails.
