New Delhi, Jan. 5 -- The Winter Session of the Delhi Legislative Assembly began on Monday with the address of the Lieutenant Governor.
In his speech, the LG said the government has taken several important steps in the last 10 months to overcome negativity and improve governance.
He said the government presented a historic budget of Rs 1 lakh crore this year, with a focus on infrastructure, education, health, women's welfare, power, roads, environment, and social justice.
The LG said e-office has been implemented in all government offices to improve efficiency.
