New Delhi, Jan. 7 -- The Delhi Assembly will hold a discussion on the issue of pollution today.
Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta informed the House on Tuesday that the discussion has been listed for January 7, during which members will debate measures and steps related to pollution in the national capital.
The Speaker said all members would be given an adequate opportunity to participate in the discussion on pollution. He accused the opposition of "indulging in politics and theatrics" over a serious issue and termed their conduct "insensitive".
"If the opposition is serious and sensitive, it should participate in the discussion tomorrow. Misleading people and making false statements is not appropriate," Gupta said.
