New Delhi, Jan. 7 -- Delhi saw a slight improvement in the air quality index (AQI) on Wednesday morning, with the city recording a drop to 299, though the air quality remained in the 'poor' category.
This marked a marginal improvement from the 310 AQI recorded on Tuesday evening.
According to the data from the Central Pollution Control Board's (CPCB) Sameer mobile application, taken at 9.05 am on Wednesday, locations like Anand Vihar locations like Nehru Nagar (360), Anand Vihar (349), Pusa (345), Chandni Chowk (342), Jahangirpuri (342), Okhla Phase-2 (342), and Sirifort (342) recorded AQI in "very poor" category.
