New Delhi, Dec. 18 -- Taking serious note of the worsening air pollution levels in the Delhi-NCR region, the Supreme Court on Wednesday issued a series of directions to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to urgently examine the feasibility of temporarily closing or relocating toll plazas situated at the borders of the national capital to ease chronic traffic congestion.
