Imphal, July 12 -- A delegation, comprising representatives from various hill district Bar Associations, met Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, at Raj Bhavan here today to raise concerns over the challenges faced in conducting judicial proceedings in the hill districts. During the meeting, the delegation highlighted the lack of adequate judicial infrastructure in several hill areas, which they said hampers the delivery of justice. They urged the Governor to intervene and facilitate the necessary steps to improve the situation.
