Degrees, IBM badges: New pathway for Indian tech students
Bengaluru, July 18 -- In a major advancement for higher education and employability in India, IBM and S-VYASA Deemed-to-be University have announced that students enrolled in their jointly developed programs will receive both a UGC-recognised degree and a globally verifiable IBM Digital Badge - a first-of-its-kind integration that connects academic credentials directly with industry-recognised skill validation.
The IBM Digital Badge, when linked on a student's resume, LinkedIn profile, or email signature, takes recruiters to an IBM-authenticated server, displaying verified skills acquired during the program.
