Defending Champs Hyd bowled out for 225, opener Vimalkumar propels TNCA Prez XI in Buchibabu ckt semis

Chennai, Aug. 31 -- Defending Champions were bowled out for 225,while TNCA President's XI, thanks to a patient century by opener andsouthpaw R VimalKumar (112) ended up day one at 265 for three in thefour-day semifinals of the All India Buchibabu cricket tournament heretoday.

Batting first, Hydrebad, which became the first team to qualify for the lastfour stage, were skittled out for 225 in 80 overs by a disciplined bowlingperformance from Haryana.

Off spinner Amit Rana claimed claimed three wickets.
