Lucknow, Sept. 13 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, addressing the foundation day ceremony of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences here today said that life is defined by three steps-tendency, distortion, and culture.
"Staying unchanged is tendency, continuous decline is distortion, and decisions taken in the larger public and national interest embody culture," he remarked, citing the institute itself as a living example of this culture. In just 19 years, the institute has expanded from 20 beds to 1,375.
