Moscow, Aug. 2 -- Sofia's decision to stop buying Russian gas has created the risks for Bulgaria's economy, and the state operator Bulgargaz has reduced its share in the market from 90 per cent to 65 per cent, Russian Ambassador to Bulgaria Eleonora Mitrofanova told Sputnik.

Russian gas deliveries to Bulgaria stopped in April 2022, when Bulgargaz rejected settlements in rubles and the Bulgarian government decided to sever trustful ties with Moscow.
