Nalgonda (Telangana), March 10 -- The Nalgonda SC/ST District Sessions Court on Monday delivered the final verdict in the sensational 2018 Miryalaguda Perumalla Pranay murder case.
The court awarded the death sentence to A2 Subhash Sharma, who played a key role in the murder, while the remaining accused received life imprisonment.
The verdict was issued under Sections 302, 120B, 109 IPC, the SC/ST Atrocities Act, and the Indian Arms Act, 1959. Some of the accused pleaded for leniency, citing health and family concerns.
