Srinagar, July 1 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today directed Deputy Commissioners and Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs) to reopen cases of terror victims that were "deliberately ignored or buried", file FIRs, and ensure that government jobs are provided to their next of kin on a priority basis.
This comes two day after LG met the family members of Kashmiri civilians who were killed by Pakistan-backed terrorists in last three decades.
LG chaired a high-level meeting today to discuss issues concerning victim families whose loved ones were brutally killed by Pakistan-backed terrorists.
