Nashik, Sept. 30 -- Divisional Commissioner Dr. Praveen Gedam has directed the immediate conduct of a damage survey of houses, livestock, and other losses caused by heavy rains in Nashik division, ensuring that affected people receive prompt assistance.
He also instructed that immediate arrangements be made for shelter, food, and water for citizens displaced due to the rains.
Furthermore, he emphasized the need to expedite aid for farmers by completing surveys of agricultural crop damage without delay.
