Kaithal, April 14 -- Kaithal Deputy Commissioner Aparajita visited the Siwan grain market on Monday to review the wheat procurement, lifting arrangements, and gate pass system.
During the visit, she gave clear instructions to officials that farmers should not face any problems and that all arrangements should operate smoothly.
She directed officials to ensure procurement according to prescribed standards and to expedite lifting.

During the inspection, DC got the moisture in wheat heaps tested by a moisture meter and also checked the weight of a bag on a weighing scale to ensure transparency in the procurement process.
