Shimla, Feb. 27 -- The daytime temperature in Himachal Pradesh dropped significantly in many places.

Mandi saw the biggest drop, with the temperature falling 10.1degC below normal, making it much colder than usual.

Nahan in Sirmaur district was the warmest among the major stations, recording 23.2degC, with no change from the previous day and even slightly above normal.

Una recorded 19.4degC, dropping 4.6degC in 24 hours and staying 5.6degC below normal. Berthin was almost the same, at 19.5degC, with a 3.7degC drop. Dharamshala and Kangra were also colder than usual, with temperatures of 17.0degC and 17.8degC, respectively, both dropping by a few degrees.
