Chandigarh, Aug. 12 -- In a shocking incident, two young women were abducted in broad daylight from Gaushala Road near Janakpuri in Karnal, Haryana, this afternoon.
The perpetrators, arrived in a black car, forcibly dragged women into the vehicle and fled the scene, leaving residents in disbelief.
Eyewitnesses reported that three men were involved in the crime. Two of them stepped out of the car, grabbed women standing outside a house, and assaulted them when they resisted.
The assailants reportedly choked and slapped the victims before dragging them into the car. When locals attempted to intervene, they were also attacked by the kidnappers.
