Pune, March 14 -- Day temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1degC or more) at isolated places over Punjab, west Uttar Pradesh, east Rajasthan, Gujarat state, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Gangetic West Bengal.
The temperatures appreciably above normal (3.1degC to 5.0degC) at many places over west Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Marathwada; at a few places over Madhya Maharashtra, Konkan and Goa; at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, east Uttar Pradesh, Bihar; above normal (1.6degC to 3.0degC) at a few places over Telangana, Rayalaseema, north interior Karnataka, south interior Karnataka, coastal Karnataka, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam.
