Pune, April 14 -- Day temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1degC or more) at isolated places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad; above normal (1.6degC to 3.0degC) at many places over Saurashtra and Kutch; at a few places over Lakshadweep; at isolated places over Gujarat state, Vidarbha, Konkan and Goa, Assam and Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal and coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam.
The day temperatures were markedly below normal (-5.1degC or less) at a few places over Bihar; appreciably below normal (-3.1degC to -5.0degC) at many places over Jharkhand; at a few places over east Madhya Pradesh; at isolated places over Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha and Andam...
