Pune, March 26 -- Day temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1degC or more) at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, west Uttar Pradesh; appreciably
above normal (3.1degC to 5.0degC) at isolated places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit,
Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Punjab, west Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat Region, Assam and Meghalaya, Rajasthan.
The day temperatures were above normal (1.6degC to 3.0degC) at a few places over Saurashtra and Kutch, Konkan and Goa; at isolated places over Uttarakhand, east Uttar Pradesh, east Madhya Pradesh, Marathwada, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.
