New Delhi, Aug. 6 -- The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) conducted a live session to address the Aadhar-related grievances via the CPGRAMS portal.

The session was initiated in collaboration with the Common Services Centre (CSC). V. Srinivas, Secretary, DARPG, delivered a presentation on Aadhar-related grievance trends received through CSCs in 2025. The secretary also pointed to the role of Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) in ensuring last-mile delivery of grievance redressal services.
