Chennai, Oct. 28 -- The Cyclonic Storm Montha has moved past Chennai and has nowemtered the Andhra Pradesh and will intensify further and cross the coast as a SevereCyclonic storm by today evening/night, even as rains continued to lash Chennai andits suburbs all through the night and this morning.
In an update at 0200 hrs this morning, the Met office said the Cyclonic Storm "Montha"over westcentral and adjoining southwest Bay of Bengal moved north-northwestwardswith a speed of 15 kmph during past the 6 hours.
