Chennai, Nov. 29 -- The Cyclonic Storm Ditwah over the Bay of Bengal is closingin on Tamil Nadu coast, even as the Tamil Nadu government has geared up its entiremachinery with the Met officeforecasting exgremely heavy to very rains in variousdistricts and has issued Red and Orange Alerts for the next two days.
With several southern and south coastal districts experienving heavy showers cripplingnormal life, Tamil Nadu Revenue and Disaster Management Minister KKSSR Ramachandransaid no major damages was caused due to the heavy showers so far.
