Amaravati, June 13 -- The upper air cyclonic circulation over southwest Telangana and its neighbourhood has now shifted to North Interior Karnataka and adjoining areas of Telangana and Rayalaseema, extending up to 5.8 km above mean sea level and tilting southwestward with height, the Meteorological Centre said on Friday.

In its daily weather report, it stated that a trough is now extending from the west-central Arabian Sea to South Coastal Odisha. It passes through an upper air cyclonic circulation over North Interior Karnataka, adjoining Telangana, Rayalaseema, and surrounding regions at about 3.1 km above mean sea level.
