Chennai, Nov. 30 -- The Cyclone Ditwah, which has been batteringvarious parts of Tamil Nadu, including Cauvery Delta, south, southcoastal and Northern districts, has claimed three lives.
Talking to reporters after reviewing the present situation at the EmergencyControl Response Centre here, Revenue and Disaster Management MinisterKKSSR Ramachandran said three rain related deaths were reported in theState since last evening.
While two people died in a wall collapse in the southern Thoothukudi andThanjavur (coming under Cauvery delta region) districts, a 30-year-oldperson died of electrocution in Mayiladuthurai district.
