Thiruvananthapuram, March 7 -- In a major statewide crackdown on cyber-enabled financial crimes, Kerala Police have arrested 165 persons and registered 455 cases during a special drive titled "Operation Cy-Hunt 2.0."As part of the operation, police conducted 1,168 raids across the state, issued notices to 216 individuals, and seized around 306 electronic devices suspected to have been used in cyber fraud activities.

The special drive was aimed at identifying and disrupting networks that facilitate cyber fraud across the country by misusing digital platforms and banking systems, sources said.
