Thiruvananthapuram, July 30 -- The Kerala Union of Working Journalists (KUWJ) has called for urgent action to end the orchestrated cyber lynching aimed at discrediting women journalists in the state.
The union stated that such coordinated online campaigns, primarily carried out through social media, are causing severe mental distress and trauma to the victims.
Women journalists already work under immense pressure, and these deliberate online assaults pose a serious threat to their personal freedom and dignity.
