New Delhi, April 16 -- The Cyber Police of South-West District have arrested a notorious cyber fraudster and serial extortionist from West Bengal for allegedly cheating and blackmailing more than 500 women through fake profiles on dating and matrimonial platforms.
The accused, Anand Kumar (35), used multiple identities to lure victims into relationships and extorted money, amassing nearly Rs 2 crore through deception and threats of making private content public.
