Patna, Sept. 24 -- The extended Congress Working Committee today reaffirmed its resolve to "defend the Constitution, restore democracy and end the NDA's misrule", predicting Bihar elections will be decisive.

The CWC during its daylong marathon in the party headquarters Sadaqat Ashram adopted resolutions for establishing a visionary and participatory governance to bring stability in the nation which is ruled by a government that is bent on subordinating all institutions and morality in its pursuit of power.
