Hyderabad, Nov. 27 -- A curtain raiser programme for the India International Science Festival (IISF) 2025 was held at CSIR-IICT on Thursday, marking the formal start to preparations for the 11th edition of the country's premier science outreach event.
The theme for IISF 2025 is "Vigyan Se Samruddhi: For Aatmanirbhar Bharat."The India International Science Festival is jointly organised by the Government of India and Vijnana Bharati every year to showcase scientific progress, encourage innovation and connect researchers, students, industry and the public.
The 2025 edition will be hosted at Panjab University, Chandigarh from December 6 to 9.
