Shillong, March 29 -- The 3rd edition of Culinary Cascade, a premier celebration of Meghalaya's diverse culinary heritage and creative ecosystem, showcased the region's commitment to sharing its distinctive flavours with the world.
Over two days, the flagship event presented a curated lineup of insightful discussions, live cooking demonstrations, product launches, and hands-on experiences, effectively uniting food, culture, and community to spotlight the state's evolving gastronomy. It drew to a close at the iconic Ward's Lake here on Saturday.
