Chennai, Dec. 16 -- The CSIR-Structural Engineering Research Centre (CSIR-SERC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Academic and Research Collaboration with Panimalar Engineering College (PEC) in the city.
The MoU was exchanged in the presence of Dr. N. Anandavalli, Director, CSIR-SERC, and Dr. C. Sakthi Kumar, Director, Panimalar Group Of Institutions, Chennai, a PIB release said.
