Imphal, May 17 -- People of Manipur honoured Maharabam Prabo Singh, second in command of 26 Bn CRPF, here on Saturday as his mortal remains reached his village.
The CRPF officer who was undergoing an operation was killed by lightning at the Chhotanagar region of West Singhbhum in Jharkhand earlier.
Security advisor Kuldiep Singh CRPF, Police, and family members offered wreaths at the mortal remains.
A last entourage carried the body of Prabo to his residence at Sekmai in Imphal West district where the last rites were performed.
