Patna, March 29 -- Training his gun towards Bihar government for the spurt in crime and on the law and order situation in the state, national President of Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party (RLJP) and former Union Minister Pashupati Kumar Paras said that the crime rate has increased tremendously, the morale of the criminals was at its peak and neither the public nor the police was safe in the state.
Addressing his party meeting here on Saturday, Paras dubbed the NDA government as anti-dalit, alleging that the cases of atrocities against dalits have increased under the present regime.
