Hyderabad, Feb. 11 -- The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has assessed a Rs 4.43 lakh crore credit potential for priority sector lending in Telangana for the financial year 2026-27, registering a 15 per cent increase over the previous year.

The assessment was unveiled at the State Credit Seminar 2026-27 held here on Tuesday.

On the occasion, NABARD released the State Focus Paper (SFP) 2026-27, which will serve as the base document for preparation of the Annual Credit Plan (ACP) 2026-27 by banks under the State Level Bankers' Committee (SLBC).
