Kollam, Feb. 18 -- The district administration of Kollam in Kerala has stepped up summer preparedness with a strong warning against illegal extraction and contamination of drinking water sources, making it clear that strict action will be taken against violators.
Chairing a review meeting of the District Disaster Management Authority, Kollam District Collector N. Devidas directed officials to act firmly against those illegally drawing water from clean drinking water sources.
