Chennai, Aug. 18 -- Maharashtra Governor and BJP-led NDA's Vice Presidential
candidate C P Radhkrishnan's mother Janaki Ammal was extremely happy and delighted
over her son chosen as the VP candidate and revaled the secret behind naming him
as Radhakrishnan.
Ms Janaki Ammal told a TV channel that when he was born she named her son after
former President Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan as she wanted him to grow up like him.
"We named him after the former President. Today, that moment has come true," she
said after cutting a cake and distributing it to family members in Tiruppur--the birth
place of Mr CPR--to celebrate her son's elevation.
She said she was praying the Almighty for his victory and thanked Prime Minister
