Hyderabad, Jan. 9 -- The Communist Party of India has welcomed the statements made by the Chief Ministers of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh on resolving inter-State issues through dialogue, saying a harmonious atmosphere between the two Telugu States alone would ensure development and protect the interests of the people.
