Kannur, Oct. 31 -- Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President Sunny Joseph has said the Communist Party of India (CPI), an ally of the ruling CPI(M)-led Left Democratic Front (LDF) government, should stop being over -dependent on the CPI(M).
Talking to news persons here today, Mr Sunny Joseph said CPI(M) is trying to delay a discussion on the PM SHRI scheme until the upcoming elections, even though only the Centre can withdraw from it after signing of the MoU by the Kerala government. He added that the cabinet sub-committee and subsequent reports on PM SHRI have become a stumbling block for the CPI.
