Kollam, March 6 -- The four-day CPI(M) State Conference will begin with the inauguration of Delegate Meet by Politburo member and Central Committee Coordinator Prakash Karat at the at Kodiyeri Balakrishnan Nagar (C. Keshavan Smaraka Town Hall) the main venue of the conference, here on Thursday.
The conference proceedings will begin after hoisting party flag by senior CPI(M) leader AK Balan and offering floral tributes by others at the the martyrs' column.
A total of 530 delegates including 75 women will take part in the delegate conference where Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will present the policy document on 'Nava Kerala. Party State Secretary MV Govindan will present the report.
