New Delhi, Nov. 30 -- The Communist Party of India (CPI) on Sunday voiced sharp concern during the All-Party Meeting over several issues, including national security, citing the recent Red Fort blast, and the "autocratic conduct" of the Election Commission of India (ECI).

The party was represented by its Rajya Sabha leader, P. Sandosh Kumar, at the All-Party Meet convened by the union Government ahead of the Winter Session of Parliament, beginning tomorrow.
