Shillong, April 25 -- The Central Puja Committee (CPC), an apex body of puja committees and Hindu institutions in Meghalaya, has strongly condemned the recent Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir, which left 26 people dead and several injured.

"We are shocked and deeply pained by the senseless loss of innocent lives. Such acts of terror have no place in a civilised society," CPC General Secretary J.L. Das and called for immediate and decisive action against those responsible.
