Chennai, Sept. 21 -- With the massive turnout at the mass outreach of actor Vijay dominating the political discourse,veteran actor-turned politician, MNM Founder and Rajya Sabha MP, Kamal Hassan today said crowds never turn into votes.
"Crowd turnouts have seldom transformed into votes," he told reporters in response to a question on Vijay attracting hugecrowds at his rallies.
