Dharamshala, Dec. 17 -- A Fast Track Special Court (POCSO) here has sentenced three convicts, including a married couple, to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment in a case involving sexual assault of a minor.
The court also imposed a fine on all the convicts, with an additional term of imprisonment to be served in case of default.
Further, the court directed the state government to pay Rs 1 lakh as compensation to the victim, to be disbursed within 30 days.
The judgment was delivered by Additional Sessions Judge Nitin Mittal of the Fast Track Special Court (POCSO), Dharamshala.
