Patna, Dec. 17 -- Special NDPS Court here on Wednesday awarded 13 years of rigorous imprisonment to an accused smuggler in connection with the heroine smuggling.
The special court-II also slapped a fine of Rs 2 lakh against the accused Ravi Sharma of Rajasthan.
