Patna, March 28 -- Additional District and Session Judge (II) of Masaudhi Civil Court acquitted one Amarnath Sharma of Murder charges on Friday.
The judge, Sanjeev Kumar, pronounced his verdict after hearing both parties and acquitted the accused as the murder charges could not be proved against him.
Senior Advocate of Patna High Court, Anil Kumar Singh, counsel of the accused vociferously argued before the court.
Giving details of the case, Singh said that the accused was blamed for beating up and injuring his father, Rameshwar Prasad Sharma, on November 16, 2021, at the village Saguni under the Masaudhi police station area.
