Mumbai, Nov. 28 -- The Mumbai Airport Customs officers arrested a couple for allegedly smuggling hydroponic weed weighing 12 kilograms, with an international value of Rs 12 crore, an official said here on Friday.
According to the details, on specific information, the Air Intelligence Unit of Mumbai customs intercepted two passengers, Nafeesa Sayed and Abid Sayed, both Thane residents, at the international airport in the wee hours of Friday after they arrived from Bangkok.
